                                    Capital City of Saudia Arabia. Modern Cosmopolitan City. Plenty of Mega Malls including Carrefour etc. Population
                                    5 million. Climate ranges from -1C in winter to 47C+ in summer. Totally tax free environment, no income tax, sales tax, road
                                    tax, excise duties, stamp duties, etc. Petrol at approximately 45 sen (equiv) per litre, Cars probably about 1/2  Malaysian
                                    prices since no Excise Duties, but left hand drive.Children must enroll in International Schools. Most packages usually include
                                    annual vacation return flight tickets inclusive spouse plus 2 children. Vibrant Malaysian expatriate community including bankers
                                    & corporate finance personnel, telco engineers, academicians, construction industry professionals, capital market regulators,
                                    medical professionals, hypermarket and low cost airline personnel amongst others. Umrah is a weekend decision.  For Haj,
                                    you are not considered part of Malaysian quota,  you can go as Resident of Riyadh possessing Saudi Iqama
                                    (Residents Permit) but only once every two years.
